Who is responsible

Leolo Yubero Neumeister, c/o CODE Education GmbH, Donaustraße 44, 12043 Berlin, Germany. Email: leoloneumeister@gmail.com. Write to me any time about your data.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are kept only briefly.

Analytics

I use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and a few interactions (e.g. a pitch deck being opened). It works without cookies and does not build a profile of you; visitors are counted in aggregate (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact form and pitch-deck requests

When you send a message or request a full pitch deck, the details you enter (name, email, role, message and which project it's about) are forwarded to my inbox via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) and stored in my Gmail account (Google). I use them only to reply to you and follow up about the project you asked about (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR), and delete them when they're no longer needed.

Unlocking a deck stores a small flag (deck-unlocked-<project>) in your browser's local storage so you don't have to enter your details again. It never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time.

Embedded projects

Case studies can show a project's live website inside the page (for example LegDay, AIFA NEWS or AudioPoesis). Those sites are loaded directly from their own servers and are responsible for their own data processing; some demos load fonts from Google Fonts. Nothing is loaded from them until you open the case study.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Berlin, that's the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
